San Juan County Public Works Department maintains an Architect and Engineers consultant roster and a Small Works Roster, shared with the Port of Friday Harbor through an interlocal agreement.

These rosters allow San Juan County and the Port of Friday Harbor to obtain services more quickly for smaller projects, without going through the formal bid process.  For more information and application forms, please link to the Small Works Roster or the Architects and Engineers page.
