San Juan County has established a Small Works Roster for Public Works Contracts up to $300,000 in value in accordance with RCW 39.04.010, 39.04.155, 43.19.1911 and 36.32.250. This small works roster may be used as an alternative to formal advertisement and bidding of Public Works projects such as bridges, docks, piers, floats, buildings, drain fields, and solid waste facilities.
