Tax Parcels (including administrative segregations for tax purposes)

Tax parcel boundaries - Current and selected year-end. Includes the segregation of legal Parcels into administrative parcels for tax purposes. Used to identify current use boundaries such as Designated Forest Land and Open Space. This data is further differentiated from Parcels in that acreages are computed to the edge of road right-of-ways rather than the center of the road.

This data is used by the Assessor to determine assessed values of real property for tax purposes.
